　　my hobby i'm a boy. my hobby is playing basketball. i often play basketball with my best friend after class. i think it's really fun and exciting. but my mother told me get home early. this is my hobby. what are your hobby? can you tell me?

　　my hobby i'm a girl. i like to colloct shells. so i often go to sea on vacation. i think sea is really beautiful. and the shells are beautiful too. now i have twenty shells. i also have less free time to go to vacation. so i can't get more shells. this is my hobby. what are your hobby? can you tell me?

尊敬的各位領導、各位老師：

　　大家下午好！

　　首先感謝區教研室的領導給我一次與大家交流的機會。在座的各位畢業班英語老師都是經驗非常豐富的，在大家面前來談英語教學的經驗實在是慚愧。為了提高英語教學質量，我的確是想了很多的辦法，這里面有成功帶來的喜悅，也有失敗帶來的反思。這些談不上經驗，現簡單地做個介紹，如有不當之處，敬請各位批評指正。

　　記得剛剛走上工作崗位的我曾經信心百倍，認為小學英語教學應該是很簡單的事情，不就是聽、說、讀、寫嘛，沒什么難的，但真正開始教學，真正開始接觸學生之后，我才感覺到：小學英語教學尤其是我們農村學生的英語教學真是坎坷難行。教學一開始我就遇到了種種問題。有一大部分學生在潛意識里根本沒有把英語當一回事，有些學生甚至有抵觸的情緒。從家庭上看，我們的學生家庭大部分屬于農村家庭，英語沒有被受到重視，再加上家長能聽懂英語的少之又少，更別說輔導了。從環境上來看，學生除了課堂上短短的40分鐘外，基本上就沒有使用英語的環境了，放學后聽英語磁帶的作業也有大部分學生不能自覺完成，再加上英語課課時較少，因此我的英語教學開展得并不順暢。面對如此多的問題，我決定從學生的學習興趣、學習方法和學習習慣方面去入手解決。現想從我的切身體會談幾點做法及建議：

　　一、要從自身找原因，培養學生學習英語的興趣。

　　自己先要想辦法，持有一份樂觀的態度，勤思考，樂奉獻。給學生一份愛，讓學生喜歡你，從而喜歡上你的英語課。因為興趣是最好的老師，當學生喜歡上你的課了，專心地聽講了，那課堂上所取得的效果不就事半功倍了嗎？在培養學生學習興趣方面，我做了如下工作：

　　（一）、用愛去灌溉學生。

　　首先用心地給學生一份愛。因為愛可以融化人與人之間的隔閡，給學生一份愛，同時你也會收獲到他們對您的愛。我們要在日常生活接觸中體現愛，例如下課后，我大多時間都會逗留在班里，跟他們談談學習上的問題、說說家常話或開個玩笑逗逗他們，他們會不亦樂乎。時間長了，他們就把我當朋友了。記得20xx年那屆我班有個頑皮又聰明的學生叫黃永樟，各門功課成績極差，經常不及格甚至低分，是讓語文數學老師頭疼的學生。可英語科他卻十分感興趣，能拿八、九十分，為什么他英語成績那么高呢，原因是他被我“俘虜”了，很愛上英語課，也很喜歡給我拉家常。有一次，下課了，他走到我跟前，興奮地告訴我，他家大母狗生了5條小狗，可愛極了。

　　（二）、注重課前、課堂中氣氛的調和。

　　每次上課走來，總能從樓下聽到我班朗朗的英語讀書聲，當我站在講臺上的第一句話便是及時地、微笑著表揚他們：“Youhadagoodjob，children。”在樓下我已經能聽到你們朗朗的讀書聲了，老師真開心啊，你們讀得那么好，或很自豪的或說：“哇，你們讀書真棒，所有老師聽了也對你們豎起了大拇指”，這樣小小的表揚就充分樹立他們的自信心，他們會很高興，下次他們會讀得更好。別以為這樣的方法六年級不適用了，恰好這些方法我都是一年級，六年級通用的，課堂上也注重學生的學習狀態，隨時調整課堂氣氛，使學生在一個良好的氛圍里不知不覺地學到了知識。記得去年的六（1）班下午第一節英語，由于3月份天氣原因，學生總有一種“春眼不覺曉，處處聞啼鳥”的倦態，那節課學生的精神狀態很差，學習積極性不高，我想：如果這樣講下去效果肯定不好，于是我臨時利用我班的搞笑大王葉寶彬同學做著火點，從他入手，我說：“Hello寶彬，howoldareyoutoday？”他被我突如其來的問題嚇愣了，我順勢說：“我猜你有30歲了”全班同學一聽，哈的一聲笑起來，眼神都看著寶彬，我說：“看你今天上課的心態有30歲了吧？好，老師決定今天幫你時光倒流，把你變成3歲的小孩子，好嗎？”這時寶彬不好意思的笑了，全班同學也來起了精神，他們倒要看看我怎樣把寶彬同學變成一個3歲的小孩子。也許有的老師會說，這樣每天浪費時間在與學習無關的事上，不就事倍功半了嗎？我覺得恰恰相反，每節課恰當的氣氛調節，是課堂上良好的調料，把他們的學習注意力集中到課堂上，那效果不就事半功倍了嗎，總比羅羅嗦嗦講紀律強多了，而實踐證時，我也收到了較好的教學效果

　　二、抓好課堂教學掌握良好的學習方法。

　　不管是哪一門學科，要想有好成績，課堂教學的質量是最重要的，課后炒冷飯，補的.效果當然也有，那肯定會費時費力。在課堂教學方面，要注意方法，尤其是一些無味枯燥的內容，要找易于學生理解的切入點，要想方設法吸引學生。對于自己今天所上的內容自己一定要有個清晰的思路，課后及時反思。例如反思一下你今天教的開心嗎？學生學得開心嗎？學生學到了什么，遺漏了什么等等。同時對于一些后進生，課堂上千萬不要丟掉他們，不理他們，不給他們發言、練說的機會。相反，要像警察一樣時常盯著他們，與他們進行目光的交流。因為他們后進，可能有更多的聽不懂的地方，而容易開小差，教師的目光以及點名回答，一是提醒他認真聽課，同時也是在給他練習的機會。

　　三、培養良好的學習習慣。

　　（一）、全面實行“一幫一”，充分發揮學生的作用。

　　為了提高英語教學質量，提高學生的英語學習成績，我還注意培養學生的互助學習習慣，分小組學習，小組成員結成一幫一的互助對子，充分發揮學生的作用，例如做有關語法和時態得練習題時，讓他們同桌或小組討論：這題為什么這樣做，原因是什么，讓他們用語法或時態等說出理由，說服對方。這樣既讓基礎好的學生所學的知識得到了鞏固，又幫助了其他的同學共同進步，不再出現很嚴重的“兩極分化”，可以說是一舉兩得。

　　（二）、課后補差工作。

　　班里總會出現一些個別的差生，不是學習習慣差就是基礎差，教師一定要課后花工夫，進行輔導。例如我就我校實際情況，請示校長，同時得到校領導的大力支持，每天利用早讀前20分鐘，到三樓電教室給他們補課。讓他們把遺忘的知識都溫故而知新。我覺得這樣做效果還是挺大的，原來不及格的學生都追趕上來了，消滅了不及格率。

　　作為一名小學英語老師，我們肩負的擔子是沉重的，我們的任務是艱巨的，古語說的好，教有法，但無定法，重在用法，貴在創法。希望我們全體英語老師共同努力，創造更多的教學方法，更有效地提高英語教學質量。以上是我對小學英語教學的一些淺談，說得不好請批評指教。謝謝大家！

　　colour can greatly influcen the body, the mind, the emotions and the essential balances.blue represent the ocean, it is the colour of the mind and is essentially soothing.green represent life, when the world about us contains plenty of green, this indicates the presence of water, and little danger of famine, so we are reassured by green, on a primitive level.orange represent happiness, it is a fun colour. it allow you to feel happy even during sad times.red represent strength, it is a powerful colour. it fills a person with strength and warmth. my favourite colour

　　there're many different kinds of colour in the world, such as white, blue, orange, red, and so on. but my favourite colour is green.

　　i think green is the most beautiful colour. do you know why? because green is the colour of life. do you think so? as you know, most alive plants are green, like grass and trees. green is good for our eyes, too. when your eyes are very tired, you will watch the green trees or green grass, they can help you to relax your eyes.

　　and i think green is the nature colour, i love nature things. ohm, to tell you the truth, i don't know why i am like green, only like it. maybe it's the colour of the life or…… can you tell me what your favourite colour is?

　　i love sport.sport is something that everyone can enjoy. it can be played by individuals and as a team.there are many type of sport, the most common ones are basketball, tennis, table tennis, netball, swimming and a lot of others that i can't possibly name. i bet no one on this world can name all of them.the reason why sport is so popular for all age groups is because sport help us to a healthier and fitter body and life.

　　everyone wants to stay health and fit, so they won't be sick very often. sport always help our body function properly and build muscles. i believe many people love sport. those who doesn;t like sport, may i suggest you to try one of two. it is a chance to exercise and be health and fit.during sport, you can make new friends and feel the team spirt come on and have fun with the rapid advances in the living standard of the chinese people in recent years, there has beeen a fast development in transportation. however,the increasing cars and busy traffic have become a huge problem to our cities.serious environmental pollution has been caused,and people are gradually getting used to traffic jams.

　　toxic gases,screaming trumpets,the shortage of parking lots…these things fill our lives!i believe we are(重讀) trapped in a dilemma---what do we choose, convinience or a peaceful living enviroment?

　　for most people,buying a car may be one of their biggest dreams,and going to work or school in a car will make them feel quite happy and satisfied.but i(重讀) think,traffic is not an individual issue.it is a issue we should discuss together.and, obviously,to realize our goal of sustainable development,we should limit the car use.

　　i hear that more and more cities of our country are joining a campaign named ”no car day”,which advocates that people do not use cars on this day.i think it’s a good step that we take in controlling the traffic problem and provide ourselves a better chance to find other ways to improve our traffic condition,such as developing high-technique cars.

　　good morning teachers, i am very glad to stand here to give you my short speech. today, i'd like to talk something about our nature. so my topic is “caring for nature”.

　　somebody has a question, what is nature?i think , nature is everything existing in the world, such as plants, animals, earths, rocks, the water and the weather.

　　human being depends on the nature. the nature is the mother of mankind. no nature, no life. with the help of the nature, we live a happy life for a long time. when we realize the use of nature, we begin to gain everything from it, we breathe the air, we drink the water. however ,human like a greedy child ,just ask ,no return .so today ,the water has become dirty, the air has been polluted, forests have been cut over, the number of kinds of animals and plants has become smaller and smaller.

　　let’s see our environment again, the crowded streets, the noisy cars, the dirty air, almost everything makes us more and more tired. at this time, we begin to want to go back to the nature to have a good rest, but the nature has already been destroyed by ourselves. it refuses us.

　　look !if you don’t protect nature ,mother nature will be angry ,it will punish us ,such as earthquake ,debris and so on .there is no chance that can give us to rewrite the history, so we can only do everything that we

　　can do now to care for our nature. when we are driving, we can drive slowly to reduce the dust and noise; when we buy a refrigerator, we should choose a green one; when we are going to throw something, we should make sure whether it can be reuse or not. we can also plant trees, refuse to eat wild animals...

　　loving nature is loving ourselves , every drop that we give nature will be given back. nature does not belong to somebody, everyone has his duty to do everything he can to protect it. by protecting nature, we protect ourselves, let's unit together, hand in hand, make our world more and more beautiful!
