　　【課題】Unit 6  At a farm  第四課時 　　【教學重點】單詞：tomato、cucumber、potato、onion、carrot 　　【教學難點】potato和tomato的復數形式。 　　【教學準備】 　　Let’s learn B部分的課件和錄音。 　　相關的單詞卡片。 　　所學蔬菜的實物。 　　Let’s chant的錄音。 　　Story time的課件。 　　【教學過程】 　　(一) 熱身（Warm up） 　　Let’s sing 　　教師放歌曲的錄音，學生看圖欣賞。 　　學生跟錄音哼唱歌曲。 　　請學生欣賞Let’s chant部分歌謠，教師要根據歌詞適時舉起相應的圖片。 　　（二）新課呈現（Presentation） 　　教師手舉一個西紅柿，說：I like tomatoes. Do you like tomatoes? 　　引導學生用I like …或I don’t like…根據自己的實際情況表達。 　　教師再拿起一根黃瓜，邊說邊完全呈現：Oh，it’s long and green. It’s a cucumber. Do you like cucumbers? 讓學生在回答中學習單詞。 　　出示土豆：Do you know it？French fries are made of it. It’s a potato. Do you like potatoes? 　　學生根據用I like …或I don’t like…根據自己的實際進行情況表達。 　　教師出示洋蔥：It’s pink and round. It is often used in pizza. It’s an onion. Do you like      onions? 學生讀單詞：onion 　　請學生猜謎語：They are long and orange. Rabbits like eating them? What are they? 　　學習單詞carrot。 　　教師將五種蔬菜分別放在教室的不同位置，然后說單詞，請學生指出相應的實物。 　　小組活動：一個同學說單詞，其他同學舉起相應的單詞卡片。 　　7、繪畫游戲：教師說： two potatoes；three carrots；a pink onion；five long cucumbers； 　　four tomatoes。 　　學生比賽看誰畫得又快又正確。 　　（三）學習對話：(B Let’s learn) 　　學生看課件。 　　教師提問： 　　What do you think of the cucumbers？Are they fresh？ 　　引導學生重復：They are fresh.. 　　教師拿起實物(tomato, carrot)：The tomato is fresh. The carrot is fresh.然后啟發學生說說fresh的意思。 　　引導學生用fresh一詞形容圖（P63/73）中的內容：The …are fresh. 　　Look at the potatoes，are they big？ 　　引導學生重復：Yes，and the potatoes are big. 　　學生跟錄音模仿對話。 　　教師啟發學生用所學形容詞和顏色詞描述圖中的蔬菜。 　　（四）Let’s chant： 　　教師請學生看著書聽歌謠。 　　讓學生觀察歌謠中like后的蔬菜單詞和Let’s learn中的單詞有什么不同。 　　啟發學生說出like后的名詞是以復數形式出現的。 　　分別請五個學生將黑板上的單詞卡片原地變為復數形式，再請另外五名學生領讀改變后單詞。 　　教師適當強調tomato和potato的復數形式拼寫的變化，carrot的復數形式讀音的變化。 　　請學生跟錄音說唱兒歌，教師強調單詞juicy，tasty，yummy，tender，smelly的讀音和意思。 　　（五） 趣味操練： 　　每名同學舉起（自己喜歡吃的）蔬菜卡片一張。 　　另請五名同學收拿小籃子，分別說出蔬菜的英文名稱，其他同學根據聽到的詞將手中的圖片分別放進相應的小籃子里。如：其中一位同學說potato，手拿土豆圖片的學生將圖片放進該學生的小籃子中。 　　教師統計全班學生最喜歡吃什么蔬菜。 　　（六） 擴展練習：Story time 　　學生看課件，了解故事大意。 　　學生自己讀故事，找出生詞。 　　教師解釋生單詞turkeys，vegetables，mutton，straw-hat的意思并帶學生大聲朗讀。 　　Vegetables：cucumbers，potatoes，tomatoes，onions and carrots are vegetables. 　　Turkeys：They like hens，but they are bigger than hens. 　　Mutton：Meat from goats or sheep. 　　Straw-hat：A hat is made of straw. 　　4、學生自己看圖閱讀理解對話中的語句，教師巡視答疑。
