　　3．選手按抽簽順序上場表演（參賽學生提前2個節(jié)目在候賽區(qū)（報告廳外面）等待比賽），南邊上，北邊下。

　　4．表演時間為5-10分鐘。

　　2.高段（五至六年級）：個人或小組合作表演朗誦（可以看稿朗誦+表演：類似課本劇）。

　　要求：英語發(fā)音基本標準，口齒清晰（20分）主題鮮明集中，語調(diào)流暢自然（20分）

　　2．表達能力占30分

　　要求：配樂恰當，沒有原聲（10分）節(jié)奏優(yōu)美，富有感情和創(chuàng)意（10分）表情恰當（10分）

　　3．儀表、臺風占30分

　　要求：上下場致意、答謝（5分）；服飾整潔統(tǒng)一（可租服裝，朗誦當天化妝）（5分）；動作整齊有序（10分）；表達生動（10分）

　　一、讀正語音

　　語音是指語言的聲音.就是人說話的聲音。語言首先是通過聲音來幫助交流思想的工具。在英語學習中很好地掌握正確的發(fā)音，不但有利于從聲音方面來表達思想，而且還可以提高朗讀水平。

　　讀正語音就必須認真讀好48個音素，記住48個音標符號，能根據(jù)音標正確拼讀出單詞的讀音，這是學習英語很重要的基本功。也是朗讀好課文的基礎(chǔ)。重要的是從一開始就要努力說得一口純正的語音。只有多聽、多模仿、多朗讀。即Practice makes perfect(多練出真功)。

　　二、讀準語調(diào)

　　發(fā)音純正，讀準了單詞，語調(diào)不對，不但聽起來不舒服，英美人甚至難以聽懂言者的意思;相反如果語調(diào)正確，個別單詞讀不準，聽起來像英語調(diào)子，英美人還能從語調(diào)上猜出言者的意思，所以語調(diào)比發(fā)音更重要。語調(diào)是說話的腔調(diào)，就是一句話里語音高低輕蘑的配置。

　　英語語調(diào)主要表現(xiàn)在句子重音和聲調(diào)上。語調(diào)不同，表達意思也各異。例如：She is a baby doctor.如僅重瀆babv這個詞，意思是“她是兒科醫(yī)生”;如果同時還重讀doctor則表示“她是沒有經(jīng)驗的醫(yī)生”(quite young and unexperienced doc—tor)。

　　又如thank you如果讀成降調(diào)則表示感謝;如果讀成升調(diào)，則毫無感謝之意，有時甚至還表示反感。讀準語調(diào)就是要讀準句子的重音和聲調(diào)：當然也應(yīng)能抑揚頓挫地連讀、弱讀、失去爆破、同化等。在朗讀時，認真模仿英語錄音帶提供的標準語調(diào)，堅持練習，使正確的語音語調(diào)牢同地同定下來，保證今后一開口就能瀆得對、讀得準。

　　三、把握節(jié)奏

　　英語的節(jié)奏是指英語諸音節(jié)在語流中強讀和弱讀的規(guī)律性。它以“步”(foot)為基礎(chǔ)，每句話都有若干“步”，就好像音樂中的“小節(jié)”(bar)一樣，每段樂曲都含有若干小節(jié)。樂曲中每個小節(jié)都以強拍開始;英語中，一般說來每一步的第一個音節(jié)都是重讀音節(jié)。有的步單獨一個重讀音節(jié)組成，有的步由一個重讀音節(jié)加上若干非蓖讀音節(jié)組成。

　　在朗讀中，有的步有時也能以非重讀音節(jié)開始，就如樂曲中的小節(jié)以休止符開始一樣.這個步的非重讀音節(jié)前也有個休止符，稱為silent beat。現(xiàn)在，我們用“/”表示步與步之間的界線，用“一’表示休止。舉例如下：

　　1.one/two/three/four/five

　　2.“the/first of/April/nineteen/seventy/one/

　　每個人說話的速度各不一樣，同一個人在不同的環(huán)境條件、不同的情緒時說話的快慢也各不～樣。但是，在采用某一種語速的過程中，每步所需要的時間大致上是相同的，就像音樂中每個小節(jié)所占的'時間相同一樣，這就形成了節(jié)奏。為了保持節(jié)奏，包含音節(jié)多的步的語速就必須比包含音節(jié)少的語速快一些。因此，學生朗讀課文。就必須懂得英語的節(jié)奏，自覺地實踐。學會有節(jié)奏的朗讀。

　　四、掌握語速

　　語速是指朗讀時的快慢程度。慢讀與快讀都有一定標準。慢瀆，重在讀準詞、詞組、短語、意群和句子基礎(chǔ)上，進而注意語言速度。即慢中求準，慢中求快。因此，慢讀的速度應(yīng)根據(jù)自己的實際情況而定;快讀，即以每分鐘148個音節(jié)左右的正常語速朗讀，或根據(jù)文章內(nèi)容上的需要(如為了刻畫人物，表達感情)朗讀。

　　語速影響聽的效果，所以語速不可太快或太慢，否則都達不到“讓人聽清楚”的目的。讀速過快會造成句子重音、意群和節(jié)奏方面的錯誤，還會造成發(fā)音不到位、加音、吞音、誤讀以及移行時的突然中斷，影響意思的表達。所以要力求讀準，發(fā)音清楚、正確。

　　當然，朗讀并不是越慢越好。隨著熟練程度的提高和朗讀技巧的掌握，讀速可以逐步加快。朗讀應(yīng)力求流利(nuentlv o流利即快而清楚，通暢。但一定要注意，流利并不是“速度過快”，有些學生在朗讀時速度較快，但時而停頓并不通暢，仍不能讓人聽清楚。這里應(yīng)明確的是讀得流利、說得流利是我們的目標。

　　五、大聲朗讀

　　學英語一定要讀起來，并且讀英語一定要大聲讀,別害羞別不好意思,大聲朗瀆可以刺激自己的聽覺器官，提高聽力。有些同學聽課文錄音帶，聽不懂，就是因為聽得少，聽力差，如果我們先讀課文，讀十多遍再去聽，就不但能聽懂，而且還能聽得清，能聽出自己讀得對與不對的地方。這時再進一步模仿錄音，達到朗瀆正確、流利、熟練。

　　大聲朗讀既能練就正確的語音、語調(diào)，又能加深對課文的理解記憶、鞏同所學內(nèi)容、體會作者以及作品的感情色彩，從而提高朗讀技巧，加快學習速度。

　　當然，要提高朗讀水平，通過朗讀提高英語水平，也決非一日之功。應(yīng)該堅持經(jīng)常性的朗讀，可利用每天的早讀課朗讀所學課文或所選材料，每天至少朗讀半小時，只要持之以恒，就會收到意想不到的效果。

　　總之，只要做到以上五點，就一定能朗讀好詩歌，提高朗讀水平，就一定能促進英語綜合能力的全面提高。
